grate 4 tbsp. of
super cold butter,
then pop in the freezer
combine 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda & 1/2 tsp. salt
mix everything together to form a shaggy dough
scoop 1/4 cup biscuits & drop them onto a baking sheet
bake @ 425º F
golden & crispy!
let them cool for a couple of minutes.
