grate 4 tbsp. of super cold butter,  then pop in the freezer

grate 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

mix in the frozen butter

sprinkle in cheese

sprinkle in chives

mix everything together

pour in buttermilk

mix everything together to form a shaggy dough

scoop 1/4 cup biscuits & drop them onto a baking sheet

bake @ 425º F

golden & crispy!

let them cool for a couple of minutes.
