Chicken Pot Pie Soup for Two

milk

peas

garlic

cream cheese

bay leaf + thyme

carrots

flour

vegetable broth

celery

shredded chicken

butter

onions

potatoes

Cook onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and thyme as your base.

Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until absorbed.

Pour in milk.

Add potatoes and bay leaf.

Stir, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Add chicken, peas, and cream cheese.

Simmer for another 15 minutes, then serve!
