Toss small chunks of chicken breast in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cook chicken and chopped bacon in olive oil over medium heat until bacon is crispy. Transfer to a bowl and tent with foil to keep warm.

Cook onions in the pan until softened. Stir in garlic, then white wine. Cook for a few minutes, then stir in cream and spinach until spinach is wilted.

Add cooked pasta noodles, chicken, and bacon to the pan.

Sprinkle in parmesan and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, then toss the pasta together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste! (Makes 2 large servings)
