Crispy Baked Ground Turkey Tacos

Add the ground turkey, onions, and seasoning to a skillet over medium heat.

Add black beans, green chiles, cilantro, and a splash of water.

Stir together, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Spread shredded cheese across the surface of six flour tortillas on a greased, rimmed baking sheet.

Spread the turkey taco mixture over half of each tortilla.

Bake for two minutes until the cheese melts, then carefully fold the tacos in half.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.

Make a quick sauce with avocado, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Serve the warm tacos with the avocado sauce for dipping!
