Cook tomatoes in olive oil until blistered, about 5 minutes.

Stir in garlic and cook for one minute.

Stir in cream.

Cook until thickened.

Mix cooked orzo with creamy goat cheese.

Stir to combine.

Stir goat cheese orzo into the creamy tomato sauce.

Stir in pasta water until it's as creamy as you like, then stir in parmesan, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve warm!
