Grilled + Stuffed Avocados

Grilled + Stuffed Avocados

Cook onions, bell peppers, and taco seasoning until softened.

Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and corn.

Scoop some of the avocado out to create a 1/3-1/2 cup well.

Grill avocados until charred.

Spoon chicken filling into the grilled avocados.

Garnish with cotija cheese and cilantro.
