apple cider vinegar

Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, thyme leaves, and salt + pepper.

Combine tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a small bowl.

Drizzle tahini sauce over the roasted carrots.

Garnish with roasted pepitas and dried cranberries.
