Shredded Chicken Enchiladas + Cheesy Sour Cream Sauce

salsa verde

sour cream

chicken broth

whipped cream cheese

flour

cheese

tortillas

shredded chicken

butter

onions

chipotle in adobo

Mix onions and seasonings together.

Cook for a few minutes until softened.

Stir to combine.

Divide between four 6" tortillas.

Roll the tortillas.

Place tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.

Make a sauce with butter, flour, and chicken broth.

Stir in shredded cheese and sour cream.

Pour sauce over the tortillas.

There will be a lot of sauce!

Bake for 15 minutes.
