Spicy Shrimp + Broccoli Skillet for Two

sesame oil

shrimp

rice vinegar

brown sugar

ginger

soy sauce

red pepper flakes

garlic

broccoli

red onion

green onion

lime

cornstarch

Make the spicy sauce and set aside.

Cook broccoli in a hot pan for  2-3 minutes until lightly charred.

Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the spicy sauce.

Stir to coat the shrimp and vegetables in sauce.

Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
