1/4cupchopped green onion
1/4cupshredded carrot
1/4cupfinely chopped celery
2tbsp.blue cheese crumblesoptional
Instructions
For Creamy Ranch:
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until completely combined. Set aside to let flavors blend.
For Slaw:
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix with the creamy ranch just before serving. Taste, and season with salt and pepper (if desired).

I tie this recipe in with my buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, so I recommend using whatever lettuce you're using for those. Otherwise, iceberg or romaine are great options. The crunchier the lettuce, the more it will stand up to the creamy ranch.
