chunky, creamy, decadent blue cheese sauce to use on sliders, wraps, burgers, or anything you like. this is a small batch version that makes about 1/3 of a cup of blue cheese sauce.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and red wine vinegar into a small bowl. Use a fork to whisk them together until they are smooth and creamy.
Add Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Whisk together and fully combine everything.
Add blue cheese crumbles, and use your fork to mash it into the dressing. Stir a few times after mashing the blue cheese, that way it is fully mixed in.
Chill for at least a couple of hours before serving. This way, the flavors have a chance to hang out and blend together. It really makes it better!
