Instructions
In a Small Jar
Combine all ingredients in a small jar (fitted tightly with a lid), and shake vigorously until totally combined.
In a Small Bowl
Whisk maple syrup, dijon mustard, and mayonnaise together until creamy and fully combined.
Whisk in balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and oregano, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Slowly add olive oil, a couple drops at a time, whisking constantly until fully mixed in.
Taste and season with a pinch more of salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to four days!
