Combine 1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese, 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup Whipped Cream Cheese, 2 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp. Honey (or agave), and 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano in a food processor.
Pulse until the ingredients are well blended.
Pour in the 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle in a pinch each of Salt & freshly cracked Black Pepper. Blend on "low" until sauce is smooth and creamy.
Taste and season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
Notes
Feta Cheese: You can use EITHER crumbled feta or a block of feta cheese for this recipe. A block of feta cheese, while more expensive, does have a better flavor and texture! But if it is not in your budget, crumbled feta will absolutely work.Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
