Toast the Seeds, Garlic, and Onion. Set a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp. Sunflower Seeds, 1 tbsp. White Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp. Black Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp. Dried Minced Onion, and 1 tbsp. Dried Minced Garlic. (Add 1 tbsp. Flax Seeds and 1 tsp. Caraway Seeds if using, too.) Toast the seeds in the dry pan for 3-4 minutes, tossing them frequently so they toast evenly.
Add the Poppy Seeds and Salt. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Stir in the 1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds and 1 tbsp. Flaked Sea Salt.
