This quick and easy small batch dill crème fraîche is creamy, tangy, and packed with fresh dill flavor. Perfect for soups, salmon, veggies, and more, and ready in just five minutes!
Stir Everything Together. Combine the 1/2 cup Crème Fraîche, 2 tbsp. finely chopped Fresh Dill, 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest, 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice, 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder, and a pinch of Salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Taste and Adjust. Taste to see if you would prefer more dill, or any other ingredients. Add just a little of anything, and keep adjusting until it’s how you want it to taste.
Chill or Serve. Chill for a at least 15 minutes (if you have time), or dive in immediately!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days (the dill is freshest within this timeframe). Just give it a stir before using it if it started to separate.
