1tsp.Lemon Zest
1/2tsp.Garlic Powder
1/2tsp.Onion Powder
1/2tsp.Kosher Salt
1/4cupItalian Breadcrumbs
1tbsp.finely chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
1tbsp.Mayonnaise
1/2tsp.Dijon Mustard
4Slider Buns
Instructions
Make the Sauce. Stir together all yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
Mix the Slider Ingredients. In a medium bowl, gently mix together the ground turkey, feta, basil, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, breadcrumbs, sundried tomatoes, mayo, and Dijon until just combined.
Form Patties. Divide mixture into four equal portions and form into slider patties, just a little bit bigger than the slider buns (they’ll shrink slightly as they cook!). These are about 2 1/2″ – 3″ patties.
Cook the SliderPatties. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil, then cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Toast the Buns. Toast the cut side of the slider buns in a dry skillet (or cut side up under a broiler on “low”) for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Assemble. Add cooked sliders to toasted buns and divide the yogurt sauce between them. Add optional greens like arugula or baby spinach if desired, and enjoy!
